25 March 2015, Vienna. TJP Partner Mag. Thomas Jungreithmeir advised the Austrian technology company TTTech Computertechnik AG on the completion of a capital increase of €50 million. In the context of this capital increase, the two high-tech groups Infineon Technologies AG and GE Ventures (a division of General Electric) participated in the company as new strategic shareholders.

The capital increase was substantially supported by the existing shareholders, including the founders, led by Audi AG. Gassauer-Fleissner and CHSH acted as legal advisors in the transaction.

TTTech Computertechnik AG, headquartered in Vienna, is a technology leader in the field of robust networked security controls. The transaction was closed in March 2015. The capital increase represents one of the most significant private capital increases in the Austrian high-tech landscape, according to a statement.

The teams

Infineon Technologies AG and GE Ventures were advised by CHSH partner Harald Stingl and were also supported in their due diligence by lawyer Bernhard Wychera and other members of the CHSH Corporate Transaction Department (Head: Clemens Hasenauer).

Legal advisor to TTTech was Jakob Bleckmann, partner at the law firm Gassauer-Fleissner, a business law firm with a strong focus on corporate law, M&A and intellectual property law.

The financial advisor to TTTech was Thomas Jungreithmeir, partner of TJP, an international consulting firm specialising in M&A, who was supported by his team in the topics of due diligence and company valuation.
