This statement describes how TJP Austroexpert Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Mosetiggasse 1, 1230 Vienna (“we”) processes your personal data. 1. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- To strengthen existing client relationships, build new client relationships, or approach interested parties, including providing information on current legal developments and our range of services (marketing)
- In the event of an existing engagement, for the internal organization and claims management of the firm
To the extent commissioned by the client:
- Performing payroll accounting for clients (e.g., monthly payroll, reports to authorities)
- Performing financial and business accounting
- Providing advisory and representation services in tax law and economic matters
- Advisory and representation in contribution, insurance, and benefit matters related to social security
- Representation before administrative courts and authorities, as well as legally recognized churches in contribution matters
- Advisory in the field of accounting and financial reporting
- Advisory on the establishment and organization of an internal control system
- Restructuring advisory (preparation and review of restructuring reports and plans)
- Preparation of expert opinions in the field of accounting and business administration
- Assumption of fiduciary duties and asset management (excluding property management)
- Advisory on labor-related technical issues
The provision of your data is generally voluntary. However, without this data, we cannot fulfill our mandate, or can only do so incompletely.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
If you are an interested party or a potential future client, we process your contact details for the purpose of direct marketing only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
If you are our client, we process your data for the performance of the contract with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Furthermore, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest to fulfill the purposes mentioned under point 1 pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as well as on the basis of the WTBG 2017 pursuant to Art. 9 (2) (g) GDPR.
3. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will only be transferred to the following recipients if this is strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned under point 1:
- IT service providers and marketing service providers
- Administrative authorities, courts, and public bodies
- Public accountants for auditing purposes
- Insurance companies in the event of taking out a policy or a claim
- Cooperation partners and legal representatives
- Recipients designated by the client, such as group companies
- Employee-related data is transferred to banks, occupational physicians, pension funds, etc.
Recipients may be located outside of Austria. We implement measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection, e.g., standard contractual clauses.
4. Storage Period
We store your data until the termination of the business relationship or until the expiry of statutory limitation and retention periods. We store data for marketing purposes until you object or withdraw your consent.

You have the right to:

- Rectification, supplementation, or deletion of incorrect data

- Objection to or withdrawal of consent for processing
- Data portability, provided you are our client
